3 days exhibition, 28(Wednesday), 29(Thursday), 30(Friday) Build Up Period : 26 November (Monday), 27 November (Tuesday) 2018 Dismantling Periods : 30 November 2018

Access Move – In : Loading Dock area Hall D1

BUILD UP PERIOD

-Furniture and Electrical rental requested starting from 26 November 2018 will be charged 50% extra from Exhibitors Manual and orders made directly to Official Contractor and supply will be given the night before the opening of the exhibition.

-We advise all exhibitors to made orders before onsite/ build up period,  Please order now (deadline lately 30 September 2018, Order early it’s much appreciated).

-Please report to the Organizer if orders are not being sent by 27 November 2018.

-For advertisement order in show directory POWERMAX 2018, design must be submit before 5 September 2018.

-Nailing, wiring or fixing of any exhibits to any existing structures is strictly prohibited. No exhibitor or his contractor may use any wall belonging to any other stand.

26 November 2018, Monday

08:00 – 20:00 : Moving in special design, interior, decoration by official contractor & Non Official Contractor

10:00 – 14:00 : Moving in heavy machinery by official forwarder

27 November 2018, Tuesday

08:00 – 20:00 : Exhibitors registration at organizer officer

: Moving in for complete shell exhibitors (hand carry) by exhibitors/ Vissasa Parama Nati (charges direct to forwarder)

10.00 – 22.00 : Testing equipment.

20.00– 22.00 : Hall Cleaning

-Please fill in ‘Move In’ form before moving in the exhibits.

-Please give ‘Move In’ form to move in staff at the gate during build up periods.

-For those exhibitors that will bring their heavy equipments, please fill in form 4 in the exhibitor manual book and submit before 31 October 2018.

-Moving in Heavy Equipment on 26 November 2018.

EXHIBITION DAYS

28 November 2018, Wednesday

08:00 – 10:20 : Opening Ceremony & Press Conference. 11:00 – 18:00 : Exhibition Hours for trade Visitors.

10:00 – 17:00 : Exhibition Hours for Conference and Technical Presentation. 10:00 – 18:00 : Lounge 1 and Discussion Room are opened for VIP, Exhibitors

And Exhibitor relation/ Customers, free flow coffee break.

Notes :

• Invitation VIP guest by : Ministry of Industries of Republik of Indonesia, Investment Coordinating Board,      State Minister for State Owned Enterprises, Exhibitors and Organizer.

• Exhibitors can order hard copy invitation to Organizer as needed

• Key note speech by : Commission VI the House of Representative of the Republic of Indonesia

• Opening Ceremony in proposition to be opened by:

  -       Minister of Industry of Republic of Indonesia

  -       Chairman of PT. Myexpo Kreasi Indonesia

30 November 2018, Friday

10:00 – 18:00 : Exhibition Hours for Trade Visitor.

10:00 – 15:00 : Exhibition Hours for Conference and Technical Presentation.

15.00– 18:00 : Cocktail Party

10:00 – 18:00 : VIP Lounge are opened for VIP, Exhibitors

And Exhibitor relation/ Customers, free flow coffee break. 18:00 – 20:00 : Moving Out of heavy equipment and hand carry exhibits. 18:00 – 22:00 : Rented furniture will be taken by the Contractor / Organizer. 22:00 : All electricity will be turn off.
